Having been trained in the core coaching styles I prefer to adopt an integrated approach which draws upon the relevant principles as necessary.  I focus first and foremost on my client and am adept at adapting my style to accommodate their needs.  

My programme management experience directs me to being action oriented and goal focused working to SMART objectives to achieve the desired outcome. Furthermore, having worked in exceptionally demanding corporate environments I am able to offer clients a hands-on approach to pertinent issues.  This approach works well for those who like to explore issues from a variety of angles, draw upon their intuition, are willing to experiment and value feedback and learning.

Who I Coach

I help both professionals preparing for leadership roles as well as established executives. My clients come from a variety of industries including media, travel and finance.

What I offer

I offer an initial block of 6-10 sessions in person or virtual which can be 60 or 90 minutes duration depending on your preference. For maximum impact I recommend these are weekly or bi weekly. I can also put together a tailored programme as per your needs.

What To Expect

Introduction: We begin with an hour-long discovery session to meet and identify your coaching needs.  This time is crucial in helping me establish how I can help you and also for you to determine whether you would like to work with me.  If you feel subsequently I am not the right person we end our relationship here at no cost to you.

Goal Setting:  As applicable we set objectives and success criteria. Goals are set at a programme level in the first session and then at the start of each subsequent session.

Experience: We work in partnership during the sessions.  I will prompt you to explore themes and topics related to the session goal through established coaching techniques and insightful questioning.  I will ask you to bring a topic to each session which will form the basis of the session goal.

Actions: We will end each session with agreed actions for you to work on during the time between sessions.  These will be revisited and evaluated at the start of the next session.

Review: Progress will be reviewed on an ongoing basis in line with objectives and success criteria.
